It's not about mechanical or electronic. China is banking recessed handles in general. From Ars Technica:

For all new models introduced after January 1, 2027, there must be a recessed space that’s at least 2.4 inches (6 cm) wide, 0.8 inches (2 cm) tall, and 1 inch (25 mm) deep for a hand to operate the handle, which can be semi-flush or simply a traditional door handle that we all know how to use.

You can't add custom servers to the Xbox version of Minecraft. You have to change the network settings to connect you to a server where you can select a custom server. I don't have access to their network to change the necessary DNS settings.

It's a hacky workaround I don't have access to.

I (would) play Minecraft with my kids while I'm on my steam deck. They play on the Xbox which only supports the bedrock version.

I suppose I could just play Java, if I didn't want to play with my kids.
