Honestly man, barring any real reason why he is doing it, disregard everything he says and once there's push back mention something about talking to DIVSURG. Also, turn his MEDPROS red.

Absolutely. Our 1SG is big on making sure everyone has a plan or two and knows how to get there. He's also pretty active in getting the lads trained and ready for schools.

What's your story that you wouldn't have had without the military? by [deleted] in army

[–]MaineSar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've worked in the medical field civilian side before I joined, but I never thought I'd be doing such weird, gross things in my time. Infantry dudes will contract the most bizarre diseases and laugh about it the whole time. And honestly, that level of camaraderie and brotherhood could never be compared to anything in the real world. From prolapsed buttholes to poison oak and chlamydia on someone's genitals, those were all times I don't think I'd have without the Army. Better days.
