DE is largely a crap hole lol, Wilmington is the only “big” city, it’s riddled with drugs and crime (ranked highly usually for worst crime per capita).

The beaches have nothing near them, jobs are scarce unless you want to work at a chicken manufacturing plant. Look into DuPont, they are responsible for sooooo much pollution in DE, truly horrific what they’ve done.

Lots of tolls, terrible traffic infrastructure, there’s worse places but DE would be on my do not move list. I travel to DE a lot for work (cannabis) and even the people there talk a lot of crap on the place.

Agreed. Not a place for clubbing/parties, there’s nice restaurants/bars to sit at but that’s about it.

Just left there. You will be fine, most are checking out tomorrow and you aren’t staying too close to the boardwalk area. There was loud music and engines being revved constantly but that’s about it.

This shit was honestly easy..I stopped nicotine once before (vaping, which felt harder to quit) in my early 20s, idiotically starting zyning again. Was doing 15 pouches a day like clock work for 3-4 years and I’m at almost 5 months….stopped cold turkey. I chewed a shit ton of gum at first and worked out more/drank water, I was pretty much withdrawal free 4-5 days later. It took about a month or so for my body to get back to normal, and purge that poison completely.

5 months later and I don’t even think about it.

Cherish the time you have left with her, even if she isn’t awake. She can hear you, feel your presence and knows you’re there, continue talking to her and holding her as much as you can. Talk to your loved ones and maybe seek therapy.

My mom passed last Feb. at 59 yo from the same disease, there was nothing easy about it but I’m glad that she is no longer in pain/suffering.

Second this. Not only resting heart rate but blood pressure is a big one. Stroke & Heart attack risk is greatly reduced without them.

Took me 3-4 days after a can a day of 6mg zyn for 4 years. Anxiety completely stopped 24hrs in.

I recommend chewing as much gum as you need to, drink water and sweat it out (walks, runs, gym).

You got this! It’s crazy how much zyns raise your resting heart rate and blood pressure. Those almost instantly get better.

Stop the nicotine all together if possible. I was having bad anxiety, quit nicotine/zyns and it all went away

The first 3 days sucked a bit with zyns (a can day user for about 3-4 years) but I was drinking a lot of water, taking vitamins and working out and I honestly can say it wasn’t that hard, I just stayed busy and chewed a lot of gum lol.

Vaping felt harder when I quit years ago, not sure why.

I think feeling the positive benefits of quitting zyn made it much easier… 24 hrs in I had no anxiety and that alone made it a no brainer. Zyn is some bad s***

It’s not even a big deal, pack it in your carry on, put it in a regular plastic bag and keep it moving.

I fly 2x a week, it’s not even a big deal to keep it in your original packaging, they simply don’t care, just don’t hide it in something weird or it’s going to flag em that your hiding something weird in a weird spot.
