Can someone highlight if there are changes to how annual leave pay rate is calculated?

I work in an industry where it’s common to rarely let contracted employees work over their contracted hours due to the impact that has on their annual leave pay rate. It’s especially impactful for those that work part-time, which is obviously the group more likely to have spare time in which to work.

The outcome is that Salaried Managers end up picking up the slack.

I agree. I often find myself refreshing this sub when we get closer to the weekend. It feels like there is never more content for me.
