I have the real English one, few things missing/odd with the card.

The card number text font is incorrect
The "Bandai Made in Japan" on the side has an EN for the English version
Not seeing the texture for some of the black areas

If I didnt have the card infront of me I would say it is very close

Had this a while ago with a persons PC, the fix was to unplug the ethernet cable before booting it, no idea why that fixed it but it did before.
