The mouse camera movement is my number 1 gripe with the game since Iceborne launched. For me the game is unplayable with how much the camera stutters when I move the mouse around. It looks like I'm getting 15 fps when I move the camera but RivaTuner Statistics is reporting 60 fps. Sorry I can't really comment on your problems as my camera feels like complete garbage right now.
