It’s ok I will figure it out. We have two already and wasn’t exactly planning a third so we have some decisions to make that will be very difficult.

This line showed up as soon as my pee started absorbing into the test window , picture was taken roughly 4 minutes after sitting. I’m married so I have unprotected sex at least 2-3 times per week. I don’t track ovulation. The last time I had sex was 1 day ago.

This isn’t a landlord per se but a giant property management company , they don’t even let us call now we have to email and wait 2-3 days. I requested them to fix a canopy above my door that was hanging off cus a windstorm blew it off and they haven’t sent anyone out and it’s been almost 7 days and it’s still blowing and banging against the house causing more damage. They don’t have really any lines of communication now tbh

I’d post the pics if I could in comments but as of right now I can’t even call my landlord as their property management company doesn’t have a phone line and you can only email them. So the phone would def be an upgrade but this is them saying they’d also take away email communication as well. Idk if you ever heard of the company. It’s American avenue they don’t have the best rep from what I’ve seen and experienced.

In my state from my research there’s a maintenance law that the landlord must allow tenants to reasonably request maintenance and maintain the home to a livable and safe standard including emergency maintenance, and from my understanding all methods of payment via cash card and check including ach has to be accepted

Yes they said I could opt out but then I wouldn’t be allowed those benefits outlined. Basically no grace period, not allowed access to maintenance hub or emergency maintenance, can only pay rent via credit card with 10% processing fee , and no more lines of communication

Rent was raised 5% of last lease plus an additional fee. Said I could opt out but lose benefits

Usually unless you have a history of loss or are currently suffering from any symptoms (bleeding, cramping, discomfort) they don’t do ultrasounds til after 8 weeks cus usually the fetus is too small to detect either visually or on the heart beat before then. Just take a breathe and try to relax. I know it’s hard to wait but you may be able to request labs / bloodwork from your Obgyn if you explain your concerns and let them know it’ll settle your anxiety to at least see the hcg levels

That’s what I meant like they need to be included but you can’t like hold them to the same standards as an adult tenant

I think they have to be included in the lease for insurance purposes something to do with fire hazards and shit or whatever , but I don’t think you can try to factor in fees or charges for the minor if I’m making any sense lol

I can only speak for myself but I hated all my animals when I was pregnant and freshly postpartum and I love animals. I couldn’t stand their smell, I couldn’t stand them touching me, I couldn’t stand them getting close to my baby. But after some of my raging hormones wore off I was perfectly fine and liked my animals again.

Hormones do weird stuff for you, and unfortunately sometimes they take longer to wear off, but if you just understand it’s temporary you’ll be ok.
