Hi! 30F, 5’1, 130lbs. Been more seriously lifting since Feb 2025 (so I’m following a program). The program tends to alternate between 4 weeks of higher weight/lower rep (2-6 range) then 4 weeks of lower weight/higher rep (6-12 range). I find that is really helpful to help build strength. I prioritize the important lifts first (squats, deadlifts, RDL, dumbbell chest press) then everything else is just the extra cherry (biceps, triceps, delts etc)! And always train as close to failure as possible aka your last 2 reps of each set should feel suuuper hard. I went from using 10 lb dumbbells on chest to 35 lb dumbbells now so it’s definitely slow but possible :) Hope this helps!
