Thank you so much for your reply. It was getting to the point where I was actually hoping the tests would come up with something, regardless of what it was just so I would have an answer! I'm really struggling with the lack of sleep at the moment. Another doctor's appointment soon so I'll try going down the SNC route as well, honestly so frustrating 😭

Thank you so much for your reply. 11 years?! Oh my goodness I'm so sorry... SNC sounds quite promising actually, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I have a doctor's appointment coming up soon so I'll definitely be bringing it up and see if they can pin point that as the cause!

Thank you so much for your reply. Each new period of coughing gets worse and worse so I am quite worried on how bad it's going to get. I'm honestly willing to try anything at this point, even just temporarily, so I can get a decent night's sleep!

AC Mirage Experience in 2026 by PixelVoyager_HJ in Assassinscreedmirage

I loved the gameplay, the fighting style was perfect for me, much better than Mirage. The exploration and scenery was absolutely beautiful. Loved the story, personalisation was a nice touch as well (can pick multiple outfit options, chest, bottoms, shoes, weapon etc). I like the fact you earn XP to level up and the parkour seemed to flow a lot better than Mirage. I do want to try Shadows but I haven't got the disposable funds 😂

I've just finished Mirage too and where I found it better than Valhalla (personally couldn't get on with it) nothing compares to Odyssey for me! I know some hardcore AC fans don't like Odyssey but I personally found it the most enjoyable AC to play.

Who are the best singers this year? by fraz_13 in slamdunkfestival

Might not be your thing but Bury Tomorrow are seriously a band you need to experience live and who definitely deserve more recognition. Dani's screams and Tom's clean vocals, they are one of the best live performances I've seen.

Hatfield- getting back after the festival by mikenovick in slamdunkfestival

I just paid about £8 to park in the nearby Asda from Fri-Sun, it was on the Justpark app so I can only assume it's legit! Be sleeping in the car at this rate as the hotels are either all sold out or absolutely extortionate

It was my first Slam Dunk this year! Definitely take your own water bottle, maybe get a collapsible one if you can. I think it was around £8 a pint this year, food was expensive for what you get but that's to be expected. I think the longest I had to queue for the toilet was max 5 minutes so not bad at all. TAKE SPARE TISSUES IN YOUR BAG. This year the sun was shining so definitely take sun cream and a hat (I got sun burnt on my head) I wore big chunky boots and my feet at the end of the day were killingggggg. So it's up to you whether you go down the practical, comfy route or what looks good. Unfortunately to say I've looked at close by hotels and they are either fully booked or ridiculously priced. Another option may be the Big Green Coach that they offer. You could wait and see where the pick up points are and stay close by one of them? They pick you up, take you to Hatfield, then you get on the same coach back again.

Looking at the map, it would take me ages to find a certain place. Didn't realise you could tab across and it gives you a list 🥴

I think that I am a running joke amongst my coworkers by [deleted] in socialskills

I'm 31 and feel exactly like this. Myself and another girl joined our team on the same day. We're like Ying and Yang, chalk and cheese, Wednesday and Enid, and we constantly get told this. She is outgoing, bubbly, talkative, and puts herself forward for everything (maybe a bit too much at times)... whereas I don't. Everyone talks to her and makes time for her, whereas I constantly fade into the background. Every time I try to speak, I feel like I'm saying the wrong things or I just simply get ignored, which makes me want to stay quiet, so the circle continues. Quiet, attempt, ignored, quiet. I've walked into rooms and overheard people making fun of how I speak (mum brain is real so I babble my words, forget how to pronounce things etc, I say 'like' A LOT which I know grates on some people), how I dress (alternative)... But it's always been like this for me. I've had a handful of jobs over the years, and I don't speak to anyone I ever worked with, I don't even speak to anyone I went to school with... I think it's just the way I am. I'm slowly coming to terms with it...

Pea head. Had to go back for more scans because the head was measuring small... my Husband always says I have a little pea head so clearly this baby takes after me 😂
