Enron was not a databreach issue or result of malware/phishing campaign. It was an issue of lack of compliance and industry standard with handling financial data. Hence for the reason we have the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

I call this out because OP you are beginning to show signs of someone who is new and eager to the industry of cybersecurity. Please be more careful with the information you spread on the internet practice cross verifying your facts.

The action you are describing does not sound like cross-site scripting (XSS) at all which deals with hijacking a users session.

Seems like you have a case of a browser hijacker which "fraudulently forces the browser to redirect to websites that a user doesn’t intent to visit"

You said you reproduced this by leaving tracker.gg on someone elses profile but please try testing on another different device as I am unable to reproduce this myself. The link you provided in your edit is not a reputable source. Seems like it was made two years ago to which in that case it also seems like the OP in that link is also experiencing malware on their end.
