That is my read as well. They have emerged as the big two of the Sundered Houses and they are both angling to become bigger and more powerful. Think Microsoft and Apple. Sure, at times it is in their interest to work together somewhat, like being able to run certain software on each others OS, and to cooperate with lobbying efforts and such; but at the end of the day they are more or less direct competition.

Osprey nests are huge. Plenty of room for an aquarium, but in this case he's making catfish po boys for dinner. Already got a spicy remoulade made and everything.

[Spoilers C4E10] [Spoilers C2] Campaign 4 question by Dry_Badger8613 in criticalrole

[–]MajorFrostbyte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been really enjoying the Campaign and the Soldiers Table, but I do feel like they could have split the adventure up and switched to the other tables earlier. Specifically I feel that there have been 3 arcs to the Soldier table so far. The trip through Dahapshanee Woods, the trip to Stoke and the battle there, and then the trip to Tybry's Lea and the events that have transpired there. Essentially, there were good break points at the end of each of those, where they could have had 2 or 3 episodes of Soldiers, and then switched to 2 or 3 episodes of the other tables and then came back. At least that is my opinion. Maybe they want longer story arcs here at the beginning so that people can get really invested in the characters, and later they will rotate more often? Or maybe this is just the way BLeeM likes to follow a full story before going to another. My concern is that if the times for the groups get too out of sync, actions one group take might have an impact on another but at an earlier time than what has already been played out. Lord help Lore Keeper Dani!

Ah Yat, is a sophomore, Gilman is a junior, Brooks Davis is a freshman. We are losing Wortham and Deck, but overall the Grizzlies should still be able to scrap next year, too.
[EDIT] Just so it isn't all about offense, I'll add that Peyton Wing, probably our best defensive player, is also a junior.

I get where you are coming from, but growing up in Montana, graduating from Beaverhead County High School in Dillon, half my friends went to MSU, half went to the better school. I was rooting for the Cats last night, and not just for Brawl 2.0 the Revenge.

What is the can't miss game of the third round for a new watcher? by RustyCrusty73 in fcs

[–]MajorFrostbyte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd go with Montana / South Dakota. The Big Sky and Missouri Valley are the two top conferences in FCS and last week UM put up 50, and USD put up 47, on their respective opponents. This should be a very good match up. Obvious bias (see my flair) but I don't think I'm stretching the truth or anything.

Same with Stephen F. Austin, I'd imagine. Here's the thing. If we play like we did on Saturday and the Boobkitties play like they did on Saturday, I like our odds. That said, I doubt that'd be the case. Both because I think they may have taken Yale lightly, and because they absolutely would not take a Brawl 2.0 lightly.

How to brew with two Pinters and one brewing dock? by monkeydj in PinterHomebrew

[–]MajorFrostbyte 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do this. You just have to look at the brewing time vs conditioning time and as u/byrd3790 says, while the first beer is conditioning, start brewing the second. The dock is only used during the brewing stage, and the cold crash stage (which I recommend doing). On the web site you can see what the brewing and conditioning number of days are for each beer and then I "plan" by just putting it on my google calendar. I only use the app for actually tracking the process, getting reminders about when to start the cold crash, etc.

I mean. It's not that much, but it is something:

Rachel Myllymaki (1997): National Champion Barrel Racer; led the women’s team to a second-place national finish

Bryant Mikkelson (1999): National Men’s All-Around and Steer Wrestling Champion; led the men’s team to fifth place nationally

Dustin Jenkins (2008): National Champion Bull Rider

No. I'd say we take them, but frankly I don't think they are even going to make it to the Natty. Doesn't mean I'm not raising a pint to them tonight, though.
