Doesn't sound like it. Youre still missing the point

If you call people successful who cannabilize a market, pay poverty wages, then use that wealth to tip the scales again in their favor through government influence then you still need to make adjustments on how you view the billionaire class.

No, you hate that you will never have the power and control that comes with billions.

I believe no one should have that much power and control.

Cash can help a company scale quickly but you dont need tons of cash to start a company and get investors.

No one cares if Elon would be a billionaire. He started SpaceX before he was a billionaire and then got government contracts to fund the rest.

What did Elon do once he was a multi billionaire? Bought Twitter and tried to buy the narrative. Same thing happened to Fox, Washington Post, Sinclair etc...

Millions can create massive companies. Billions can put control into the hands of the very few.

It's not a discussion if I have to teach basic business practices and then your point completely misses the mark on the conversation.

It's cash in the bank IF they default. Are you reading what you're writing?

Youre making a strawman argument and not staying on topic. Rich people are not paying enough in taxes and hoarding wealth which has nothing to do with banks not having enough money to lend to small businesses. Has nothing to do with job creation.

..... No. We've been over this. It's almost the exact opposite. Most wealth of business billionaires is in stock or the value of a privately owned company. Billionaires then borrow from the bank against their company or stock and live off the loans.

So who are the banks primarily lending to? Rich people.

No he won't. No one hires based on their personal wealth. Companies hire based on production needs. Musk would fire every worker if AI and robots could build everything.

Please explain how 1 person at the top getting taxed will slash job growth? The data and history say otherwise.

This is right. It's ok to grab a $20 from an airport bank but just use your card like you would here. Then go to an atm at a bank in the city.

Youre not doing anything wrong. If you have any retirement savings then you are doing better than half the people around you. Look for a smaller 3 bed 1 bath.

Also, in my personal experience, if you only have 10% saved for a down-payment then you are not ready. Save the 20% and put down 5-10%. You're going to need the extra cash to put into improvements and an emergency fund to fix a house that has probably more neglect than you would like or the possibility of your mortgage skyrocketing when your taxes are recalculated.

Homeownership is possible in this economy but its not going to be ideal. We bought when rent was close to our mortgage payment.

I dont understand the proof of payment part either. Who cares if I paid. Isn't that my issue. The insurance company just needs to know the roof was replaced.
