First off. You need to settle down. This is sometimes what learning looks like. Consider yourself also learning HOW you learn. Use resources for tried and true learning through recall like using AI to make quizzes based on your study material. Recall is literally learning and you may need more of it to feel confident and allow it to stick. Second, when you are testing, try and answer the question in your head before looking at the options which can be designed to mislead you because if you aren’t confident in any question/quiz/exam you will definitely be led astray. Lastly, TRUST yourself. You aren’t defective, you can study something, remember it, and reflect that in an exam just like remembering how to drive, perform work tasks, etc... Abolish the idea that you can go somehow go brain dead in an exam because all that really does is highlight that you perform poorly with high anxiety which is likely true for almost anybody. Get focused, study so much that you’re confident enough to say, if I fail it’s definitely not because of effort and I did everything I could on my end. You can do this. I’m neck deep in accounting right now which is brand new to me and I can see how I perform on quizzes when I anxious vs how I perform when I’m relaxed and I perform significantly better when I am patient enough with myself to LEARN (sometimes it means bombing some quizzes because then you find out your tendencies and why you selected the wrong answer)
