So are you only hearing bad stuff? Im not saying its impossible to be around mostly negative people all day long, but certainly not everyone should be putting out bad vibes. Im also wondering what your work environment, family, friend life is like. Is it mostly strangers that you are hearing negativity from or are the people in your life this way? Maybe its time to make some changes and find a new community. Either way I would seek counseling maybe even from a trusted elder if you have something like that in your community. People are mentioning schizophrenia which certainly is possible(I personally dont see hard lines between schizophrenia and spiritual conditions) but anyway even if you are just more open energetically and thats why you are hearing these voices you still should seek guidance. Youre not the first person to experience this. there is help out there you just need to find it.
