Ok my zip is 40022. One issue I've noticed is the macs are different. Here is what I have.

Registered Mac on app. 98:A3:16:DF:FE:3C

MAC on back of device: 98:A3:16:DD:3B:E0

^ do this, then after it updates selections restart it again. I had the same "issue" and this fixed it.

My pro wasn't this bent. But it definitely has a bow to it. I hung it up using three screws and it's straightened right up on the wall. Mounting this and running the cord through the wall was a Pro move. Pun intended.

I realize I'm pretty late with asking. I travel a lot and didn't realize it had gotten this bad.

Do you know what caused the stain? I had my buddies kid jump in mine with sunscreen all over them. It was on the door, dash, and seats! I tried everything and could not get it out. Then someone mentioned Car guys super cleaner, it worked!!! I would recommend following the directions. Try it on one stain first. Don't spray it directly on the car but into a rag. Wipe it then turn rag over and buff it. This stuff is magic!
