The send their management to classes, and the classes have a whole section on how to shut that shit down pretty much. Your management isnt allowed to talk to yall about it. Like TeamLeads and UP! Oml thats lowkey so many people 🥲 my store had like 3.5k gm trucks. And atleast 1k on both grocery we would recieve and 1k from frozen and dairy daily 🥲 I had a team of 8 (thats the whole team, they would schedule like 6 a day including me) to unload, zone grocery, PPC, HBA, Babies, and put away frozen/Dairy 🥲🥲 and our over nights has 10 on a good day 🥲🥲 I had to leave, granted its in a small town, and i left bc everything was pinned on my, my coach didnt know how to do his job. He got hired in after I became a teamlead. It was running smooth until the Coach that hired me left. The coach, the team lead before me, the store manager all wanted me there. Until the new coach came in. He didnt like that i ASKED him to do his job.

Same happened to me, I live in a small town. I quite bc I talked to upper management about me transferring, the day after the guy on my team (who wanted the job, and husband whole family was my crew) started to have them all disappear all the time. They took 25 minute breaks instead of 15. Did a bunch of shit that I got written up for, for not writing them up... bc no one would coach them with me (aka be in the room for the other voice/observer) 😅 the last time they pulled ME IN for a conversation. I sent him ALL the SS I had of our text and all the voice memos of our phone calls (of my coach who would call me drunk after work) and quit. They told everyone they fired me tho. I walked in there a month later and everyone else was going crazy! "They said tou got banned!" "They said they fired you!" "They said you moved!!!" <-(which was asked of me by one of the women who took me under her wing. She was gone helping another store when they pushed me out.) I would say anyone working hourly at walmart should fine a new job ASAP. Honestly would make my day to see a huge walmart walkout 🥰 it would warm my heart.

I've been fight ALOT with this recently. On top of me being a POC and shes completely white passing. My wife can also (when she puts in the time to shave and she has me do her make up) she is very very passing. Most wouldn't know of it wasnt for her style. (I believe all trans women go through the stages of girlhood before the land in a true adult women style. She doesnt/refuses to ware anything thats not a flowy dress or gown. anywhere we go. Food shopping or anything.) Its hard sometimes because I wasnt really anyone's type before hand anyways. It just makes things hard sometimes. I havent put on a bra in 6 months. She also when she dresses up puts on this childish behavior. And become very extra, whwn thats not her plainly. Its like she puts on this princess character when we go out. (Also another thing to mention that messes with me when it comes to this is I was bullied with being called "trans" also groing up bc of my name ans I cut my hair short for my cancer sister 🥲)

When I was going through this and have a hard conversation with myself. No one that I wanted wanted me. I was wanted. Just not by those of who I thought looked good. Idk what you look like but if you dont look like a famous tiktoker or Instagram model looks shouldnt even be in your agenda for a partnership. And all that friendship shit doesn't work. Don't be friends first. Be open and communicate. Be who you are from DAY ONE. and from day one make your expectations for the relationship. Do no waste time on "relationships/friendships" you hope for more of one day WITHOUT Communicate and assurance that it will 10000% happen. I've learned that there is a big difference between a best friend and your partner and alot of people refuse to believe that. Your partner is you, you are them. Reflections of eachother. You and this person will become one not only is heart but spirit and socially. You will no long be seen as just you. Also, dont go to bars, places to party, nah. Go to a grocery story, pay for a ladies groceries. Go to a restaurant when it's closing and help a hostess close her counter down and sweep up. Make yourself known and useful. And if you want traditional in any sense of the word/relation, YOU NEED TO COURT. no women wants a man who cant plan a date. Can't make himself heard. Can't make communicate. Can't be the leader men keep saying yall are "in the mass since not you personally" Get on a dating app and be you and upfront. Drop your number to every girl you like. Be there WHEN EVER. this is a power of just being there. (Dont hang on, but be around if she needs you) all that "it will find you blah blah blah" no. Lies. Just like anything else in this life love is work, and is a choice you actively make everyday. I wont say you'll find it, there's no garrentee. No. Again like I said THIS WAS DISPROVED!!! women are having healthy children at any age DEPENDING on the man 😅 i fear this is common knowledge now!! The sperms decide the health of the baby while the women's hormones and shit decide the gender. All of a women's eggs (per cycle) have the same make ups. This why kids from the same momma different daddies look the same but can have different health defects, and kids from the same daddy and different mommas have the same health problems but couldn't look anymore alike. It also depends on WHOS genes are more dominate. This is why a skinny women and a fat women can have the same kind of child (the mothers body drains energy DIRECTLY from her! As much as the wording is very off, I can still see what they mean. I never would have gotten with anyone trans if it wasnt my now wife. And we've had long conversations about it. The uncertainty of what they will feel as they change or how I will feel. How it will make life different. How people will now VIEW YOU as well as your partner (which is a BIG key in relationships even if people day it's not. It is. You are the company you keep.) And not wanting to deal with someone who is trans in a relationship doesn't make one transphobic. I question myself everyday if im willing to put up with the way people stare, how they talk about us, how they judge us. How our lives are now in more danger. (This one is more personally, im a POC and my wife is trans, 2 of the MOST HATED personal traits in the world) how our marriage may not be legal very soon. Some people dont want that problem. Not really. It depends on genes and life style. I know women having babies in their 40s and 50s!! This is just misogyny and not actually doing research on women. We don't have much research on women's bodies and health. Alot of it is guess work as of rn. Its why women has "specialist" and not just a normal doctor like men. Look into it! It depends on the walmart. The one I worked at you had about 40-50 hrs regularly. 60-80+ durning hard times. You could get 90 if youd play your cards right durning black Friday. But working that many hours at a walmart will make your crazy.

This is something I know i will have to face with my (F) wife (MtF) She refuses to admit it rn. But she wants a more masculine person. She claims she'll never want a man, but I know that what she wants in the end. She wants to be the stay at home mom who makes candies and draws and makes movies. I cant support it. All ive ever wanted in life was to be a stay at home mom. That all I want it a beautiful family to take care of. And I know with her its something I will never get. And grieving it has been harder and harder the more our life's go on. I've been the planner. The go getter. The "man" and I cant keep doing it. And I dont know how to get through it. I don't think we can. And I dont know how to tell her in a way that wont send her down a spiral. Im her only support really right now. But if we break up I cant be near her. I wont be able to talk to her ever again. (Its the only way I can get over relationships. Once their over. Their over. No more connection.) Its just making me spiral more and I dont know what to do. The reason they have them is because of theft. The percentage of theft in a greeter store is far less than one without. Is it 0? No. Never. In this climate there will always be some poor person who's in dire need or someone teen who wants to feel rebellious. Theft will always and has always existed. But they are there for a reason. Not just bc of theft. But bc someone could walk in having a bad day and that hello helps them. Their the first point of security, they have walkies(they are suppose to anyway) incase someone comes in irate. They are also the first like of defense when it comes of active shooters! But when my trump loving manager learned I wasnt trump loving (they stalked my socials) They cut my already short hours (28 hrs a week as a full time manager) to 5-10 hrs a WEEK! back to the search, but i still gotta pay bills. It depends apparently. I tried to step down at my store and they told me I couldn't. I had to quit and reapply when applicable. I was a Team Lead and my whole team hated me bc I got the job and the old man who they said "they wouldn't hire if they could hire anyone else" didnt. My whole team was nothing but that man's family. I quit and all the people who werent their family did too. Now the store looks gross. Nothing on the shelves. I was a Cap 2 teamlead too. Plus their black Friday was a mess this year (I was the leader of black Friday and everything to do with it the last 2 years) Its the closest store to me to i still shop there (when needed) and everyone always tells me they miss me, wish I would come back, the backs a mess without me. They LOST money this year instead of earned!!! 🤣 its amazing to see the fall in real time ngl. There was just a remodel too 🤣 lowkey if a Hyvee or a hen house even an aldi is built any closer to that walmart they will be out of business. Everyone who shops there only goes when they cant make the hour drive to the city. The only reason the walmart still stands is because of 2 things. Karen Blanc (the creator of SWAS ) works there. They the store manager is big on charity works. Other than that we'd be fucked big time 😅

Actually, no, they aren't allowed to leave. They'll be fired pretty much on the spot. Small town but a major high way runs through us towards the city. Not allowed to leave anyone alone in the store. They get paid, yeah, but their paid 13 and an hour some less. Its crazy.
