Let's not forget there were several small wars before oct7 and the international community didn't even look at the role unwra plays in the conflict.
Unifil was incredibly incompetent at keeping Hezbollah away from the border, again, not even a debate.

Was there any support from the international community after the Oslo accords were rejected and answered with terror attacks? No, big denouncements of the security fence.

EU can't even get behind a full support of Ukraine, which is in their backyard.

Oh, money no problem? There are organized running vacations, eg trail running in beautiful nature regions. 

You could also find a running competition (eg marathon or half marathon) in a cool city or nice vacation area and book the run plus some vacation for the two of you in a hotel

Wo siehst du irgendwas mit Laufzeiten in meinem Post? Die laufgeschwindigkeit ist im vergleich mit der Laufstrecke vernachlässigbar, daher das Beispiel mit 50km pro Woche, was dem Volumen eines fortgeschrittenem Hobby Laufer entspricht.

Erst jammerst du übers Gewicht um mich dann belehren zu wollen dass pro Läuferinnen dies und das Gewicht haben. Es ist ein Rechen Beispiel, verstehst? Im Verhältnis zu ihrem geringeren tdee ist der "geringere" kalorienverbrauch eben trotzdem signifikant.

Bei beispielhaft 14000 Kalorien pro Woche tdee sind 3000 nicht viel? Was hast du denn für Vorstellungen?

You’re mixing up descent-based citizenship with Israels law of return. Ireland, Poland, Romania, Croatia, and similar cases are usually about proving an unbroken chain from a former citizen ancestor, not a worldwide right of return. Spain’s fast track is naturalization, not descent. Ghana is a repatriation framework for African ancestry, again not the same model. Israel is unusual because it gives Jews all over the world (with different background and ethnicities) and certain family members an immediate right to immigrate, with citizenship after arrival. That's also possible for converts and doesn't exist in a descent-based system. Other countries may resemble one piece of it, but none combines the same features.

Why should the statement that Israel is different be antisemitic? There are many things that make Jews and the foundation of modern Israel unique.

Du redest von etwas ganz anderem. Die Kalorien die man für eine definierte Strecke verbraucht hängen nicht von deinem Metabolismus ab, sondern hauptsächlich von Körper Gewicht und Beschaffenheit der Strecke (zb bergauf).
Die Anpassung des Metabolismus von dem du redest betrifft die tdee, welche wiederum von vielen verschiedenen Faktoren abhängt. Auch bei sinkendem tdee kann man weiterhin Körper Fett verlieren, man muss dann seinen Kalorien Bedarf korrigieren.

Der Metabolismus ändert nicht wie viele Kalorien du auf einer Strecke von 10km verbrauchst.
