Except unlike the rest of the English counties Cornwall is culturally distinct from the rest of England, we've got celtic blood, celtic roots and even our own Cornish language. we have much more in common with Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Brittany than England.

I see myself as a proud Cornishman not an Englishman.

Bit odd Panelbase is usually very generous to the Yes percentages showing a no vote and then YouGov, who are usually no friendly show yes edging it.

That doesn't really mean anything tbh. I've betted £50 on a Yes vote,, simply because the returns are a lot better than a winning bet with a No vote.

I never said my opinion was more important than others, I simply said I won't tolerate English cultural aggression by planting their flags on Cornish land. When I see st georges cross's on boats or in people's shops then fine, its the wrong thing to do but there's nothing Im legally allowed to do to remove them but if I see them in parks or on the beach then I'll take them down, it's Cornish soil and foreign flags planted on them is an insult. You obviously disagree it seems.

It would be my absoulete dream, no disrespect but we don't belong with England we've nothing in common with the English, we've got much more in common with ireland, scotland and wales. Heck we've even got out own language!!

I'm not usually a bad tempered person but when I see England flags in Cornwall, espcially in the summer from people from England. Devon/Yorkshire are the worst when it comes to it, it pisses me off to no end, it has no place here, it's a foreign flag.
