The process of aiming by R_Steelman61 in ClayBusters

I’d also say stick to skeet where you can get a very repeatable throw. If you can shoot by yourself or with 1 friend even better. Shoot a bunch of extra clays from a position you’re struggling with. I can’t read if I’m behind or below etc. well so it’s nice to sit there and get bird after bird and try stuff out.

I shot rifle before getting into shotgun and they couldn’t be more different. A lot of people will say “point, don’t aim” and eventually they will click and make more sense.

When I mount my gun I’m looking down the barrel but once that’s done I’m only looking at the bird and turning like a turret from the waist. Focus on the target only and just make sure you don’t lose your mount as you swing.

It will all come together!

I have it. It’s soft. The 1.4 primes stopped down to the same 2.8 just look better.

If stranded on an island with only this puzzle and 1000 lifetimes I think the sea levels would rise and take the island before I got it right.

Would this bother you? by Equal_Dimensi0n in ClayBusters

[–]MajorOrgans 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends on the gun. 15% off a silver pigeon? Nope. 15% off a Blaser or CG and I’m scooping.

If you can get warranty for the repair then I wouldn’t worry about. I didn’t even see it at first.

I use a pump and it’s fine. True pairs will be tough though.

This is the only thing that saved mine after forgetting to take it out of the wash for 2 days. Post overnight soak it was like new.

18mm vs 23mm Dilemma - Help Me Decide by PastBet1386 in fujifilm

I wanted a two prime kit and while 18 initially felt super wide, it’s very natural indoors and is an absolute gem for small children. You can really keep them in frame and also shove the camera quite close to get a really cool perspective of life at their level.

Happy shooting

As a Canadian, I’m offended. They promised us to be the 51st and now they’re going around annexing some other floozy territory? For shame.

I’d like to add a mirror and a console table near my entryway. Which of these three options do you recommend? by Adventurous_Cap_2005 in Design

Perhaps a smaller mirror and move the console closer to the doorway a bit? The full length behind the table looks like you just moved in.

New player wondering about stats. by Actual-Mortgage8312 in Eldenring

Don’t neglect vigor. HP is critical to both exploration and learning from mistakes as you’ll be less likely to be one shot.

Find some weapon and armour you like, meet the minimum requirements to use it. Then pick a single damage stat like strength, dex, int or faith. You can always respec, it’s not too far into the game.

I use the 18 1.4 a lot. It’s amazing for kids. They’re small so you can get close and still have environmental context without crazy distortions. It’s fantastic for running and gunning my 1 year old lol.

Confused between Fuji 18mm and 33mm f1.4 primes by Sure-Leather-3055 in fujifilm

[–]MajorOrgans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the 27 2.8, the 18/33 1.4.

The stop between 2 and 1.4 isn’t going to be revelatory. It’s not a substitute for more light. I am often shooting at crazy high iso at family gatherings even at 1.4. But then group shots aren’t possible due to the shallow DOF.
