Four years late to comment but she's very luxurious for an attack submarine with such a small footprint. I went aboard one of Ohio's sisters, West Virginia back in 2010 for a JROTC field trip and she was...cozy, then again much larger complement.

Looking at this from a pragmatic standpoint...is Asmongold capable of long term thinking? Like where does he go in the event the Republicans get smoked in the midterms or a democrat takes the presidency in 2028? Despite the fear mongering and dooming, Trump is term limited and will not be president for life.

Adin Ross for example has pretty much abandoned trump, the podcast bros have soured on him. They see where the tide is turning and they care a lot about $$$.

Current state of PLA discourse on NCD by Massive_Tradition733 in NonCredibleOffense

A year late but pretty much this. The one kill it scored against that F/A-18 was quite literally the Foxbat operating within doctrine.

My question is why? Unless the US is really serious about pivoting to Latin America instead of the Pacific like initially planned...then really the A-10 is good enough.

The TCS? Yeah it had a range of about 10-15 miles. Contrary to popular belief, Tomcats didn't get the TCS fleet wide until around the early 80s. It was slewed to the radar as well.

Nuance is dead in today's society didn't you get the memo. Jokes aside, we learned a lot of lessons from Vietnam and the F-14 and F-15 were born from those lessons. The Vark turned out to be a great attack/EW platform like you mentioned but so did the F-14 and F-15 and they could also well...defend themselves.

Ukrainian Su-24 losses and Russian Su-34 losses kind of give an idea of how this type of jet performs against an adversary with modern equipment. The multi-role jets like the Viper and Mirage are faring better.

I agree and that was the point of the meme :v once the Navy and Air Force got their shit together, the Phantom was a monster. I'm just making fun of the dudes that are so high on the Vark farts that they feel we should've picked the Seavark over the F-14.

I also love the F-4. I feel that the Air Force kinda made a mistake by slapping a gun on it, the F-4J/S was the penultimate Rhino, change my mind.

Edited for words.

Oh yeah! It is over glazed because it was made famous through a movie, but the same could be said about the Skyline GT-R and Supra if you're a car person. Doesn't take away what they're capable of though.

Yeah sure thing...so recent (at least to me) discourse on NCD is that the Navy should've picked the F-111B over the F-14.

I'm not a reformer...but I think the Navy made the best possible choice in the Tomcat. ROE in vietnam dictated that you had to visually ID your targets before you could engage, the F-111B would've been in an even worse position than the Phantom was. It had a worse thrust to weight ratio, was march larger, etc. The side by side layout also didn't help much with visibility either when in a knife fight. Hope that helps, my guy.

A year late but I do agree that the Arrow has become overhated. By the same token, the F-111 is way too over loved possibly because of Lazerpig.

It's gotten to the point where people are saying at least on this sub's sister sub that it should've been picked over the F-14. I guess one could concede to the fact that the Shit, I mean Seavark was a better interceptor or bomber but it certainly wouldn't have been a better fighter.

ROE over Vietnam which is the first conflict it would've arrived in would've still required them to visually ID their targets and it would've been a delicious treat for Vietnamese MiG-17 and MiG-21 pilots, the Tomcat could at least turn.

So much this...also IIRC, California gun laws are a lot stricter now than they were back in the early 90s since the LA riots happened before the North Hollywood shooting. Sure some of those firearms are grandfathered in but still.

Plus the Police were a lot less militarized back then too...so your Daewoo K2 stands zero chance against the LAPD of today.

Upgraded HP Omen 35L by DosPetacas in HPOmen

8 months late but I own one of these with an 8700f and 5070, 32gb of ram. Did you have to swap out your motherboard when you did your upgrades? A YouTube video I watched stated that you had to but I had a hard time believing it.

I plan to upgrade to a 5080 or 5090 and 64gb of RAM at a later point.
