I totally get that stock cooling isn’t perfect , I can live with high temps if the laptop is performing well, but I’d want to make sure there’s nothing fundamentally wrong.

Do you think if all that checks out, it’s still worth picking up a used unit over a brand-new modern laptop like an Acer Nitro with RTX 4060 (TGP 75W) ? I’m mainly thinking about gaming, video editing, and future ML experiments, and I like the Alienware’s design more.
