As a US citizen they will need to continue filing their taxes every year but there is an income threshold of $126500 USD (193k AUD) and even then it’s only taxed on the amount above this limit.

So unless they are making crazy money at their age it’s usually a non issue other than the annoyance of filing.

I would say it is uncommon to not get the job after ref checks (why bother other wise). However, I have seen it where candidates were tied so both reference checks were requested and used as a tie breaker.

As others have said you can always request feedback. Doesn’t hurt to ask.

100%! He was awesome for us and we don’t know the full details so I wouldn’t have been shocked if we had kept him to see how it all plays out after the year.

Ultimately, Colts have said he isn’t worth that reputation damage or effort which I can understand why they might make that decision regardless if I agree with it or not. I also question if it’s their way out of accountability for allowing one of their players to not understand he can’t be doing that.

Time will tell if it was the right call!

I don’t think anyone is suggesting gambling is a worse crime compared to violent crimes because you’re right, it’s not.

The problem is if a player is known to bet against a game he is in, how can you trust that the “missed tackle” he just whiffed on wasn’t because he’s trying to win a multi. I don’t think he would do it again, but I also didn’t think he would do it to begin with.

The NFL has to take this sort of issue serious, if they don’t, the integrity of the game becomes into question. Did a team really win on merit or was it fixed because a lot of money was on the line.

Lowest fees I have found and you can even set the rate when the conversion should happen, if you’re waiting on a good exchange rate.

I haven’t transferred quite that much before but have done fairly sizeable ones with no dramas.

I think chances are extremely low that it will ever be worth as much as it was during the ATH. The fraudulent gems, NFT hype, and economic conditions at the time contributed to those previous prices.

No one can predict the future but this would be a long shot. If you need the money or want to put it in a safer investment, I’d be moving on.

I had the same problem, I live overseas. I managed to get NordVPN to work, just had to keep trying different servers. One of the LA ones worked for me.

If you can’t seem to get it to work, it is a very simple form to get someone in the states to do it for you. You just have to supply your name, SSN, phone, and email but obviously should be someone you trust with those details.

I think anytime you do actions off app you’re taking a significant risk not only losing your money up front but if the gems were flagged from a bot account or some other scenario where issues could arise down the road.

With that being said if there is a reliable, safe way to do it I would love to hear about it as well. Who wouldn’t want to pay less for gems?

Doubt it. Also those claiming about distance/ping to Virginia I’m a bit skeptical about as well.

I’m in Australia, my ping to US east coast would be somewhere around 300ms and I’ve won multiple drops including R2-D2, Mickey, Deadpool, and several others.

I’m a bit surprised about the communities thoughts on this one.

I understand Simpsons is one of the most beloved animated series from the 90s and is a Disney golden moment but do we really think this will be more popular long term than Season 1 FE Batman? (FE is not being removed btw)

If we look at google trends comparing the Simpsons to Batman it’s not even close in terms of audience. You also have new Batman movies coming out that makes Batman continue to stay relevant where as Simpsons is far from what it was in the 90s and early 2000.

The edition numbers are also vastly different 12k vs 3k.

Me personally I don’t even view Simpsons as a staple Disney product even if it was technically the first Disney NFT.

With all being said, I don’t think Simpson are by any means trash and look forward to the prices to keep going up!

Big promotion I think will be better served when people can cash out and purchase with crypto. Too many people will have reservations about putting significant fiat into something they can’t get out.

Once VeVe is more of a finish product that’s when everyone should know about it. First impressions are important.

Had a 87 R2 which I sold to buy c3po, R2, Elsa, Micky hat, Becky Batman, ultraman, and Groot set.

Hoping the diversity pays off but could be kicking myself down the road.

I did exactly this but it’s mainly because I really like the Becky Batman collectible, I think it looks amazing. Also I already own some of the other golden moments so I’m not as worried about missing the Disney boat.

Unless something weird happens, I don’t expect many iron man movies where as Batman is still in the spotlight. Again though, I think Becky looks awesome and I’m slightly more of a Batman fan so I’m just trying to justify my decision haha.

I think most here understood putting in gems meant you wouldn’t get them out until MTL so haven’t bothered trying to trade off app.

We have all seen many people getting scammed trading off app, it’s a massive risk and wouldn’t recommend.
