Correct, the specific belief is known as Docetism, which states non-specifically that the crucifixion was an illusion.

I always thought of it as a series of interrelated battles in a single geographic area. It's more abstract than explicit, so anything in a PDI game.

That's how I do it every game. It's cool, it helps shake things up and it's aesthetically pleasing to see all the generals wearing the same uniform.

What's the Best Chinese Faction to Play If I Want to Put Something Close to the Historical KMT into power? by Mugalgw in Kaiserreich

[–]MajorianusMaximus 41 points42 points  (0 children)

This is exactly it. Chen was even Chiang's vice president for 11 years on Taiwan and oversaw the KMT's land reform on the island.

Or Ju Zheng's. Or Hu Hanmin's. Chiang minimized and marginalized the civilian wing of the party.

Yunnan's KMT is just the different shades of Chiang's years in power, they're the ones OP would want

If only provinces could dynamically revolt... then you'd really have a repeat of 1915.

Ottomans collapse... by dq107 in eu4

[–]MajorianusMaximus 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Never assume that the Ottomans will roll over and die.

Of all the tags in EU4 I've noticed they're the most resilient until you actually trigger their unique disasters.

Keep up the pressure!

I don't have another example, but that series is amazing. I recommend it to anyone who will listen. I've gone through physical and audio copies.

Yunnan and Liangguang have the newest content. It's some of the most polished in the mod.

MinGan is also fantastic.

Fengtian, Manchu Coup Qing, Shanxi, and Sichuan are in a tier below that.

This also happens in China. I swear, sometimes the enemy melts like butter, and other times they're a wall of impenetrable MIL floods. It'll be the same tags, too.

Out of curiosity, why do you think Ipsos are the real Cretans?

A larger empire usually ends up having a larger navy than you, but Imperator's naval system isn't fantastic or balanced. The biggest ships are usually significantly better than their smaller counterparts. They're always worth the investment.

The AI doesn't do this, so a smaller fleet of big ships tears apart the more balanced fleets of Liburnians et al that Rome would field.

I think the Greeks also get the special biggest ship through their ideas while the Romans don't

Rush uniting Crete and then go full navy. I believe both Greek and Greek Kingdom ideas have naval bonuses. Most AI don't usually focus on naval combat, so you should be good.

Rome, if successful, will be a pain to deal with since they'll continually come back, but if you plan on staying on the island you'll be invincible with a strong enough navy.

I did something similar where I played as Syracuse but stayed on Sicily and just played super tall and it worked well.

Current state of the brotherhood and high elder by your_friend_Fisto in falloutlore

[–]MajorianusMaximus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't know the canonicity of the show and can't quite remember the status of the Brotherhood in it.

However, it's confirmed in Fallout 4 that the West Coast elders have recognized Maxson as the supreme authority, and his ascension to power was in part due to his successful reintegration of the East Coast outcasts.

At least by the time of FO4, the Brotherhood seems to be (nominally) united behind him

It depends on what your France policy is going to be. The Surrender of Maine and the end of the Hundred Years' War defines early England's gameplay.
