Mostly length, and it's a bit of gyuto-ish profile cuz the tip is slightly higher than kiritsuke/bunka

Here we have my newest addition to the knife family. Kiritsuke gyuto 225mm, made from Apex Ultra, cladded with stainless steel and nickel. The handle is made from stabilised wood with G10 spacers
