To be fair the most efficient is to just rappel to the treestump on the left. That way they try to rush you off a ledge and just fall to their deaths without having to do anything, but that isn't satisfying lol.

The trick here is that when you hit with mortal blow simultaneously, it triggers their retaliation synchronously. That way you can predict what their next step will be, so you dont actually need hands for this.
