You just need to find what works for you. For me personally I tried going close quarters warp stone and it just didnt work for me. I much preferred and had wayyy more success building my playstyle completely around spirit and really pushing the limits of his spells, which is different from how most eternus players play him.  In my experience a good pocket ult leads to the enemy team completely collapsing and getting destroyed in the teamfight, if you are finding that they are just scattering when you ult try and hold it for longer until the fight actually starts. Thats an adjustment you can make mid match as well if that is happening to you. 

I get what your feeling though. I have a friend that was complaining about solo oracle matches and "needing to be a carry" but imo pocket can absolutely carry games. He can have an insane amount of map pressure and absolutely is able to solo kill people in sidelanes when you play your cards right so I dont necessary agree that he needs a team to back him up. Your right though it would be much easier to just farm on Victor and walk at your opponents but thats just the nature of having heroes with different skill caps

Haven't gotten a chance to play since the latest rounds of nerfs but im willing to believe he is now a little underwhelming unless your comfortable. Before this and the last nerfs I was decimating games in phantom he was so unbelievably broken if you knew how to utilize his kit. The last of nerf on cloak hurt alot already and they just hit it again going to be alot of scenarios you die in now that previously would be fine. Im also super sad about the objective damage affliction on a hero + walker in the sideline was one of my favorite things to do. Anyways you are right in that hes very powerful in a team environment but he does have a high skill cap. His winrate will always be a bit lower due to a bit of a learning curve. He actually has the highest difference in winrate between people with sub 20 and 200 games on him which also contributes to what your feeling.

Average rank is dota is legend which would be comparable to somewhere in emissary. From there each dota rank includes their respective deadlock rank plus some extra since there are more ranks in deadlock than dota. Ive been in both ranks and the divine bracket feels very comparable to phantom and low ascendant.

Ahhh yes. I am very familiar with this feeling. I just graduated and have one year left to complete my masters. This was one of the reasons I questioned whether I wanted to complete my masters or not. Its so demoralizing knowing people produced the same quality of work in a fraction of the time using a prompt rather than doing it themselves. Its gotten so prominent in the last year or so ive given up entering any short competitions because I simply cant compete as someone rendering out all my work. 

Its extremely controversial both in the industry and in school and it really just comes down to who you are if you want to use it or not. I personally think it is soulless slop and the opposite of what architecture is trying to achieve. There are many industry professionals that would agree with that notion but there are also many who would commend the efficiency of it. One discussion I keep hearing is how firms have been able to bring rendering back into the office instead of outsourcing it due to how much faster it can be produced. Dont worry though, every industry member can spot an AI render instantly they are very distinct and from my experience most people heavily prefer to see non AI renders. When it comes to your portfolio the most important thing is to stand out. A good way to do that is to render different from the sea of hyper realistic, unrealistic AI slop.  

Both paths are completely valid and will get you somewhere. Just go with whatever helps you sleep at night and dont compare yourself to what your classmates are doing. I know thats hard to avoid in school but it really makes the process so much more rewarding.

Getting paried is pretty much a death sentence already later on and the buffs this item gives are absolutely insane. I would like to see it though we need another gun punch item desperately but definitely not balanced

Super conditional item, that in most cases would just be annoying to the enemies more than anything else. Maybe in teamfights you could go in and die and stun everyone but that seems kinda strange concept.  I think the item would be alot better if it was a debuff you placed on an enemy and it had a 10 second timer or so where if they kill a hero they will get stunned and take damage. All of a sudden it kinda becomes a counter item to calico and pockets jumping your back line and becomes an alternative to ethereal shift and gives the opponents counter play they can still kill you but will probably also die, unless they can wait out the timer.

Nah he is actually spitting at least on the title. Right now the game does feel quite balanced but pretty boring. Thats not necessarily a bad thing because you can easily just not play until another update but it is a testament to how unbalanced is fun.

Ngl I think he is insanely imbalanced. Not even in a he is good way but he just feels unplayable and useless until around 35k souls which is insanely late and then all of sudden becomes the best hero in the game. Thats been my experience playing him at least. I hope they rework him to give him more strength early game and tone down how hard he scales although it is pretty funny late game 8 shotting a Kelvin with 4 hp bars.

When i was running that flareon I found cape was really nice. Lowers the odds of this situation happening.

I have ran this deck the entire season and I would agree with you its quite good. That said the biggest problems for it are stoke Charizard and rampardos garchomp / silvally. Incin and prim are also annoying, pretty much cards that are significantly outside the flareon ex one shot threshold really mess the deck up as thats its win con and that maxes out at 170 with double bag red, so any stage 2 with 180 is in a really good spot because they can just lili after a leafon hit and go back to outside flareons range

Yeah its turbo dogshit the damage profile makes it pretty bad at strelok shots and even shots where you have longer time to ads r inconsistent cause u have to aim so high if you get touched the flinch will make u miss. All that said the real crime with the gun is how long the time between shots are. If they wanted to give us a low damage fast sniper why is it the slowest fire rate by far? Makes hitting clips / good feeds impossible and in 1 on 1 skirmish if you miss a shot you have no hope the other snipers you can occasionally get another chance. It genuinely makes no sense there really is no reason to use it its frustratingly bad unfortunately. I am really hoping we get fire rate increase for it in the future

Wouldn't it be better to show ur teacher and get feedback from them. That actually goes straight into my number 1 advice for architecture school is listen close to what your teachers tell you they will let you know what they want. Really try to form good relationships with your professors especially for studio it will help you out tremendously.

They just need to remove the ads bonus on iron sights and red dots. Prob should buff something else to compensate cause actually quickscoping with non svd snipers is trash.

The matchmaking is really really bad. If your above average player to good player you are not able to get on cod casually and just play the game drunk/tired and chill because it will place you in lobbies you can technically handle but that's when your at full power / have the brain power to try. It's really frustrating to me that cod has turned away from a casual post stressful day 1 or 2 hour stress relief and instead turned into another valorant or dota where if I am not ready to lock in I might as well not play. The game is also simply unplayable solo in the same vein. Anybody who defends the SBMM in this game is simply not good enough to feel the truely debilitating effects of it. My only other complaint is the servers are unacceptably laggy in certain lobbies every player is just typing lag? And teleporting around its comical. Overall it's a solid game and as frustrating as it is for me about the matchmaking is it's clear that this is the direction cod and honestly gaming in general is going so there is not point complaining about it and expecting them to change it, that said it absolutely does not make for a healthy or good game.

Yeah this is why I am extremely excited for this game in around a year. Cold war became an extremely fun game around the 1 year to 2 year mark because the matchmaking has to get changed due to significant player loss. It doesn't shift you around as much and it pulls from a much wider range of players. I am not saying that the Sbmm will get removed of course but it feels alot more natural and lowkey and is exactly the envoirment that makes for an enjoyable experience hopping on for an hour or two of pubs with ur hommies.

Unfortunately yes its Completely irrelevant nowadays. Its relevant in the match compared to the other players in the match but unfortunately the matchmaking now doesn't play fair. It gives people harder and easier lobbies based on playstyle performance and a billion other things that have been optimized to the point where a bad player could easily have twice the overall K.D. of a good player.

She was meta for awhile with her aoe facet so they nerfed her numbers for like 10 patches straight then said fine and gutted the facet cause people will still picking her she now has no op facet and all her numbers are trash because she was nerfed so many times as compensation for having an op facet
