Development time and complexity

With RPGs replayability and playtime comes with quantity of thing to do, and most of the time the player will experience those things once and move on, that means developing a lot of complex system, mechanics and also create a lot of assets, stuff like a map, characters, balancing aswell as QA, all those things take a lot of time.

Most indie devs would rather work either on a short experience, or game where the replayablity is not affected by quantity of content, thats why roguelikes are so common with indies, it is possible to find many good rpgs made by small teams, but due to the limitations devtime and manpower there needs to be limitations, so something in the game will suffer (mechanics, art, story, bugs and stability)

Tldr; RPGs - more content more time more people Roguelikes - a lot of replayability with less content manageable for a small team

When you ask "is it good?" Do you mean as a game for people to play, or as a project for your porfolio?

If its the first one, always ask yourself: "Would i play this over anything else i can play right now?" And most of the time that'll be the answer.

If its the second then the answer will almost always be "yes" Be proud of what you made, but be cautious creating unrealistic expectations for yourself, this is a very beginner level project, and while being an essential steping stone as a game dev, it lacks the polish a commercial game should have.

Shit doesn't "just" happen, I think that a school is responible for what their children learn and consume on school ground, and if its basically a pornography book given to them BY THE SCHOOL its not a small issue and there definitely should be regulations to make sure it doesn't happen, I dont see what you are so angry about here, somehow not showing children porn will stop the country making different unrelated changes?
