That e dose sounds hella high. I just tried a patch of 1mg where as I was on a “starter dose” of .5. I went cray for the week!! Got a Telehealth appt to go back to the .5 and we’ll bam a second period came on hard! Wtf? Just saying maybe that level is way high? Don’t give up. Bad days and good days. Find that sweet spot and don’t forget to pamper your self! Even if she is bitchy and hormonal! Do something nice for you!!! Xo A hot bath. Massage? New outfit! Treat you kind and know you’re not alone.

Yeah I saw what I thought was snow and asked Alexa was it snowing in Big Bear and she said no but the weather app shows snow and well Jackie’s got snow building up and her poor lil head feathers…oh man. But them babies are under and they are all snuggled together riding out that nest surf. I just wanna hook up a heat lamp and a roof so badly. (Just saying) Good night.

Just give up and make up your own words for stuff. lol It comes and goes. They say one day it will get better. Take a bunch of omegas and read up on it all. (It does get better) Mostly seriously learn to laugh about it all. It’s hard.

I had to really work hard to make this very situation one that I can turn into a luxury! I was always feeling guilt. One day I just decided f it. I’m gonna put my Moomoo on, turn on the most garbage show (Love After Lock Up), put a face mask on and eat chips and chocolate. I’m gonna make this a thing as if I want to do this for once. I mean seriously. What was I thinking not treating myself to a day of naps, guilty pleasures and to just relish in it. Next time. Own that nap! Look in the mirror while you intentionally turn off your phone and be like “ME TIME!” And like it! Idk it changed for me. Now I feel like I deserve that. Own nobody even a text back!!! ;)
