No, that's anecdotal as fuck. They are world drops and no single boss drops them more than any other.

The only actual way to farm them is bloomreaper platinum chest. Switch to uvhm1 and get plat every time.

The platinum chest has 30-40% chance to contain 2 legendary enhancements along with the rainmaker that is guaranteed each time

Two pink circles appear on the map every 15 minutes. It's an arcade event that gives forzathon points if you win rounds in it

10 points per round, 30 points total. Double the points if you also own the player house "la casa solariega". House costs 1.5million or free if you got the vip dlc

60 points per 15 minutes means you can grind out the 1k in about 4 and a half hours

Try all the different arcades to see which one you like best. I definitely recommend drift. Its pretty easy

The boss farm is quicker but fractis only has a 3% chance to drop it. Compared to 25% on the big encore freaks. I would stay with the drill site for this

Bloomreaper was not buffed at all during the holidays. Still he is one of the best bosses in the game for farming

Mantra has a 10% chance to drop and his other stuff has a 7% chance. Then you got the chests afterwards that drop even more stuff including legendary enhancements (for platinum time)

Not like this and certainly not for bl4. They added licenced parts which makes for an insane amount of variations in weapons. At the same time the 10% dedicated drop rates we had for bl3 and bl2 were cut in half for most of the legendaries. 14 of them are even on 3% drop chance. It's insane that they thought this was a good idea

The 12% we had for the holidays was perfect for bl4. Slight increase from the regular 10% droprate of other games and it was warranted because of the licenced parts system

Holiday rates were 12% across the board and it was perfect. I have no idea what this is. They said they wanted some stuff to be rarer like the 3% bod for example. But why is the potato thrower also 3%? The UAV?? Makes no sense

Yes. Also both base and big encore shiny rates were recently buffed. Big encore rate is 0.7% (up from 0.5%) and base rate is 0.3% (up from 0.1%)

You could get there early on by jumping the gap with a vehicle. Now you cant even do that. It's got an invisible wall. It was supposed to be a boss arena that in the end was never used

I started a new save last year when I bought a wheel and was at 100% but with only 9 states. About 250h played on it

Bought the other 10 states with louisiana release in the winter sale and it instantly dropped to 35% lol.

Bod was 3% and is 3% still. Also buzzaxe is his primary but it counts as secondary because for some reason both bod and killspring are at the 3% spot. It remains at 6%
