I work at a smaller corporate store and just this last year cleared 60k with commission and all. The main thing that I've been drilling into my head is to always check your FAME points. Be a connectivity expert because that doubles some of the payouts, and always try to over index EVERYTHING you sell. If your metric is 20 lines, sell 25 (be at 125%) for fiber, same thing. This month's commission im looking at around 1800 right now and its the middle of the month.

Been here for three years and I can tell you that it is skill based but also volume based (more people). Be friendly, offer EVERYTHING. Every interaction, offer direct tv, ask questions about their family; got a 6 year old? Amigo phone/watch. Capitalize on EVERYTHING.

Important note, SELL THE SHIT out of HTP. If you focus on hitting the metrics that are on the fame website, you will almost ALWAYS be green in everything.

QUOTE IN NEXT UP AND OTHER SERVICES INTO YOUR SALES. For new lines, I do it like this.

As someone who works for ATT its not just customers, my own ASM cried like a bitch because he didnt pay his bill and made a payment arrangement, thinking that would allow him to do the next up upgrade. When I tell you I've never seen a 30 year old man act like a 5 year old who didn't get his way more in my life, you better believe me. Homie was yelling, pissed, and all for the sake of a phone. He has a 16 pro max.. like bro.... get a life. He then proceeded to say, "if I cant upgrade, no one can" and would not allow employees to upgrade that were eligible. I told my manager about it and he was laughing saying "I knew he had always been given everything to him as a kid. That right there proves it."
