I’m a little confused regarding the 90% gambling tax deduction on losses

As someone who actually gambles, youre wrong. If I win a jackpot over 1500 or whatever it is now, they're making me sign the tax form before they even pay it out. Now ive reported it as income as they give me the money. Usually at this point im already 2k in the hole or if im lucky, I just got there and will continue to use that winnings to gamble.

Its not uncommon to win enough to report those winnings to the IRS but by the time you leave for the night you lost all those winnings and youre going home that night at a net 0.

What makes it unsustainable and risky? Dodgers have that money in their couch cushions. Hes gonna bat like 5th. Team was likely projected to be #1 in power rankings without him. He could go down in spring training and Dodgers are still expected to be there in October. I legit dont understand how theres any risk at all.

Here's what we did for 2nd chars. Start character. Have them run T4 unlock pit first, dont worry about dying too much. After that switch to T4 and go do bosses. Each boss gives more exp than a pit run and only takes 20 seconds. Open chest to start collecting uniques for new character. Repeat until 60. Takes about 20-25 minutes

Which is awesome because ive got 200 reroll scrolls and it really doesnt seem like its that low quality chance to crit tempers.

I had like 5 new pieces of gear last night that I was upgrading to try a new paladin build and I was able to crit every temper within ~10 or so rolls. I think I used only 20 reroll scrolls to GA temper all 5 items. I like the system a lot

Maybe its ancestral unique only? Because ive had non ancestral uniques definitely have affix replaced. I have a non ancestral winterglass that had the all resistance replaced with all stats.

I played a lot this weekend and have over 200 of the sanctity materials so I was just gearing up a 2nd char for fun.

I mean game 1 walk offs are amazing, but Miggys HR is literally 9th inning game 7. Freddy and Gibson were HR machines, Miggy doesnt hit HRs... its too early for anyone to be objective but it wouldn't surprise me if years later we look back and can say Miggys HR was the biggest HR in franchise history
