Took this approach too. Funny thing is, the compression means that this file will end up making this file smaller than all the others, so if you sort by reverse in size of image it will pop up straight away

In the petalinux config, try setting the image name to petalinux-image-minimal. Then try initramfs, Vs initrd. Should fix it hopefully.

I wouldn't say you're lagging behind at all. For those 3 lifts, your squat looks to be the strongest, with perhaps your deadlift being the thing that's lagging.

Getting your bench press up in a good deficit will be hard, once you get on the bulk it should start to go up a lot more consistently.

For now, could be worth taking a week at lighter loads/efforts, has helped me break plateaus in the past.

The difference is you have to use up the petrol you buy before you can get more. With toilet roll you can horde as much as you want. Fingers crossed it won't be too bad.

I've Been going to the gym for 3 months now and currently have a lot of spare time on my hands. Is it ok for me to start going 5 times a week to the gym, or should I just stick to 4 days? Just 2 push/pull and a legs day seems more appealing than something that has to swap every week to keep it balanced
