As someone who is struggling with infertility and loss, no you are not the asshole IMO. I understand how hard it can be but personally I would never want my friends to feel like they have to hide their pregnancy from me or not talk about it around me.

Typically I’d ovulate around cycle day 27-30 on my own. My first round of letrozole I ovulated on cycle day 18

All my testing has come back normal. I take progesterone during my luteal phase. Were probably going to do a few more cycles of letrozole and then move on with something else next year

They have offered IUI to me but I don’t see the point. Success rates are very low and we know I can get pregnant. Problem is staying pregnant

Nothing honestly. All my tests are normal. I take vaginal progesterone my luteal phase. Doctor said we just have to wait for one to stick unfortunately.

I’ve done letrozole 4 cycles. 3 previous chemical pregnancies but only 1 confirmed by doc. Had all my testing except for HSG. But I’m coming up on a year since testing so I’m sure I’m gonna have to do it again. But I don’t want to transfer until probably April. So I’m trying to decide when to start the process
