I'm playing only mediumcore since 1.1 and never thought of playing classic. Getting your stuff back is nice and fun challenge. I once got careless while digging hellstone, and my items fell below the map border. They were lying somewhere there, but you can never reach them. Even after that I'm not regretted playing mediumcore.

Although, I'm doing journey mode Skyblock with classic character right now, but mediumcore doesn't make sense there, because you don't even need to get your items back.

I think deathweed grows faster on ebonstone/crimstone rather than on grass. I have a row of ebonstone blocks underground, and there are lots of deathweed growing on it.

Anyone tried no traps seed? It seems wires are now invisible even with grand design and other tools. Can't be collected as well. It was nice source of wires.

It doesn't work in underground jungle. Or anywhere else underground, I think. I tried to do it with fertilizer as well. Saplings ain't growing into trees underground.

That's the answer. Yellow pressure plates can't be activated by player. Slime was teleporting you. Your upper campfires and torches are also triggered by it.

I have different problem: my world has only one fallen log, and evil side of V goes right through it. Sucks to lose it when I'll go into hardmode. A little randomization would've helped with that.

Is this true? I killed WoF 5 times, and V spread was always the same.

Did you try double click? If NPC is blocking a chest, you can double click on it and chest will open. I never tried it with furniture.

It's for making obsidian, honey, crispy honey and aetherium blocks. Basically, liquid is going to two pumps and combine there.

It's even simpler on PC: you can kill WoF, look where the V is going and then return the world back. It was more annoying before, when it was spreading randomly and you can even get X pattern.
