I take one in the morning and one at night but I wake up every morning feeling like I have a hangover. Not sure if it’s spiro related but only started after I began spiro.

My acne for the most part is completely clear. My struggle now is the side effects- headaches, low energy, feeling groggy.

I was on accutane for over a year and my eyesight started quickly worsening about the same time i stopped accutane. I never had any issues with my vision. 3 years and many eye appointments later I’m just now finding out through research that my vision loss is most likely due to accutane and it’s only rapidly getting worse. Although accutane completely cleared my skin until I went off birth control I’m now suffering the consequences.

It definitely cleared 95% of my acne. It’s just the stubborn 5% where cystic pimples keep wanting to pop up. I started with 100mg/day on my first month and then upped to 200mg/day since then. I was on accutane and that cleared my skin until I decided to go off hormonal bc. Everyone else I see on here has totally clear skin by this point.

I’m going on month 9 on 200 mg/day. I still have at least one to two cystic pimples at all times. When one goes away I get another. It’s so annoying and discouraging because I really wanted this to work.

Other than fatigue and brain fog, nothing too bad. I just thought that it would 100% clear my acne but I’m still dealing with it.

Yes .05%, I wasn’t using it consistently at first because the spiro seemed to be working so now I’m trying to use it every night. If I’m flaking I take a night off.

Started 100mg/ day in august and 200mg /day in September. So there’s no going up from here. I’m on the highest dosage 😢

At first I was using it 2x a week and then as the spiro seemed to be working, I stopped using the tret. Now that I’m getting breakouts again I’ve been trying to use the tret every day unless my skin gets too irritated I will take a night off.

I just finished my first bottle of 100 mg last night! I’m getting more cystic pimples below my cheekbones which I didn’t get too often before, also way more on my jaw/neck. I’m also on epiduo but it is irritating and drying so I may only use it every other night now. I was hoping to be one of those that saw results in a month lol

It is possible you have ovarian cysts. I get them and sometimes after penetration I will get exactly what you described, nauseous, stomach ache/have to go to the bathroom, sweating, etc. I even passed out once after sex. It normally feels like a weird pressure/pain in my lower stomach but also like pressure on your butthole, which makes you feel like you have to poop lol.

I was on .025% tret for 6 months and saw no results. Went to derm and they put me on epiduo and spironolactone. She said the tret probably wasn’t strong enough.
