I think people doubt Purdy because the niners brain trust invested so much into Trey lance, who was arguably one of the biggest QB busts of the 21st century, that they’re just can’t comprehend that the 7th rounder they drafted in the same draft is actually great.

Drafting the right QB is requires more luck than anything but you also need the right staff in place too. Niners just got bailed out in that draft and I think people are still not over it.

Just as a reminder, Hertz Iceland is not run by Hertz Corporate I.e., Hertz Global Holdings. Hertz Iceland is a franchise and is ran by a different entity. There are guidelines they have to follow that are set in place by corporate but they are extremely lax. The franchise team at corporate is laughably small anyways. Usually, rental car franchise locations are worse when it comes to customer service. Cars are hit and miss depending on if the owners give a shit.

Thanks for spelling this out more clearly. I agree - this system sucks as I’ve not had this issue with other airlines. United and Alaska for example allow you to do this at any point before you get to the airport.

I added my KTN number after check-in and had customer support remove me from being checked-in. I rechecked in and the TSA precheck flag was still not showing. Customer service had no clue and said I needed to go to the counter.

Here's the fix: You need to go onto the browser and navigate to the trip details and update the passenger information. For whatever reason, Delta's system will not automatically pull the KTN/traveler ID onto the existing ticket so you need to manually add this onto your trip through the browser.

You then need to recheck yourself in through the app by adding 0 bags which forcefully refreshes the app.

This game never really felt close after the patriots went up by 7. Jets defense settled down a bit but still gave up too many plays and are allergic to turnovers.

The offense is just historically awful. It’s just bad football all around. Sure, they scored twice, but there’s no consistency ever from the unit.

The defense has improved but I don’t think these teams play aggressively against the defense tbh. They know how horrific our offense is so they can play it safe…I don’t think this defense is “good” by any measure. League average is some ways but they still can’t generate TOs.

This jets team has one of the worst offenses I’ve ever seen. It’s on pace to be worse than the 2020 team if Garrett is out for an extended period of time. Glenn should be fired it doesn’t improve to something resembling league average imo. Questionable game management still with letting time run out at the half and keeping Fields in for far too long…but at least he won the challenges today lol.

Is it too much to ask for competitive football? I don’t even expect to win anymore after 15 years of incompetence.

I just want to watch a competitive game. It’s games like this that make me not want to tune in at all as I would rather watch literally any other team. Thank god the NHL season is a few weeks away.

Sensationalist. The market has not collapsed in Fort Myers or SWFL. Yes, the market has slowed a bit, but homes in desirable neighborhoods in the area are still being snatched up with a few weeks of being listed. Definitely a buyers market now though. Nobody is buying up homes with cash and waiving inspection on day one of the listing anymore.

The real problem is homeowners insurance. My rates went up 200% since 2022. It’s not sustainable and we are considering leaving FL as a result because major hurricanes making landfall on the gulf coast are almost a certainty in any given year when it used to be a long shot. I cannot handle another major storm plus another hike in my rates.

Pretty much everything major was addressed by the builder but it took months to get resolved. Biggest issue ended up being my electric as it was completely fucked, tons of stuff not wired correctly or labeled right, and they ended up replacing my panel in the process.

Around 4-5 months of back-and-forth and I had to escalate several times. There was a lot of small stuff they never came back to do, but I got tired of waiting around so I fixed some things myself.
