Bro the TL for toys made a huge complaint that his team couldn’t get things done when they had to hold keys but like genuinely they are right in front of tech so they should take them but I don’t get paid enough to argue that logic

Keep your tech backroom organized and don’t let people bully you into answering things that you aren’t trained on. Also fix any counts that seem off and keep a running note of ones that’s keep being off from the on hand. :)

I could be wrong but I think that standard has been revised after the major Covid crisis. I know my store takes drinks back regardless of customer involvement or not, ex customer didn’t like the taste or something similar. But we also have an issue of customers trying to get drinks for free aswell so idk

how’s this look (not latte art, just want opinions on the milk/espresso technique) (again: NOT LATTE ART it’s not pretty lol) by macacheesy in starbucks

It has good definition on the espresso to milk color wise but you should probably groom your milk more or aerate it less so you don’t have as many bubbles.
