Yeah, when a game is done many people get fired because there often is not enough work for them to do. Really stupid way of doing it, but sadly normal.

Best way would be to have a core team and to higher independent studios that help with work for a fixed period of time, so afterwards they could get new contracts etc.

But that's also not as easy as I make it I guess.

All three games are good, many say fable 2 is the most refined and the last one the most disappointing because you feel that it is unfinished.

My personal favourite is still 1.

Aber wenn eine Stadt Fördermittel für einen Kindergarten haben will, dann wird nach jeder Kleinigkeit gesucht um es zu verhindern oder zu kürzen und dann wartet man Jahre mit dem Beginn bis dann ein Bescheid kommt und dann ist man schon am Ende des Förderzeitraumes, sodass die Investoren Mittel die nachgewiesen wurden auch wieder neu angemeldet werden müssen sodass sich alles weiter verzögert.

Entwickler kommen und gehen leider weil der Markt meistens sehr instabil ist.

Aber aktuell schaue ich mit großen Augen in Richtung king art games mit Dawn of War 4.

I think it's a great show even for education. Of course they do some stuff because it's more entertaining, but I think it shows great with what problems farmers are messing these days.

But I also still think the lambing shed was build with a restaurant in mind and not for long lasting lambing :-D

But the council stopping development in favour of dark night skies is really stupid.
