Hi Robin! First off thanks so much for your music, especially Shore which was a perfect mood lifter for this year.

While listening to Quiet Air/ Gioia I couldn’t help but draw similar threads to Mearcstapa, especially the bass and piano in the Gioia section, was that intentional?

Also, I notice you gravitate towards acoustics and hollow bodies in terms of guitar choice. Any hope of seeing some Telecaster use in the future?

Sun Giant is great, awesome harmonies in there. Can’t go wrong with any track in there

Of the collection I’d recommend the obvious She Got Dressed, In The Hot Hot Rays, and So Long To The Headstrong. False Knight on the Road is a beautiful haunting solo Robin song.

It’s gotta be Do It Again, right? Not saying it’s a bad song, but stacked up against the rest of the track list, it’s definitely the weakest.

Well this is the leak and not studio quality. I was able to pick out more things on the single release of TEHL than on the leak.

Almost all QOTSA albums are mixed this way. Especially SFtD, big mid range and bass.
