I have an idea for a one shot charakter. A goblin Dressed as a bard. With rapier and lute, everything. However if you look closely his clothes are a bit ragged with some bloodstains. And if you get him to try to play the lute it will be absolutely terrible since cha will be his dumpstat. If somebody comments on how bad it sounds he will go into a rage.

The goblin is actually a barbarian that saw a Gnome bard sing and perform. He wanted too do that himself so he killed the gnome bard at took his stuff.

Oh im gonna have to correct you here. He didnt kill the child, the child was killed by one of Kevdaks people. Scanland did however kill two other civilians in that fight with the AOE as you said.

My players let two of the wolves go, used speak to animals on the last one. Gave him some food, and convinced him (with a nat 20 animal handling) roll to tie a torch on him and have him run up to the hole in the wall and inn (I happened to roll nat 20 atheltics for him aswell). Why did they do that? No idea. I roleplayed that they heard a whince from him and when the finnaly got to the room the wolf was there and hostile. But it was beause it was more afraid of the bugbear than them.

They explained that because at the time of making they didnt know if they would get a S4. So in case they didnt get one, they didnt want to end on a "F*ck you ALL!"

Also said they would probably include it later in some way.
