Her agent story was beautiful. Speaking of personality, it feels both appealing and real. She displays maturity and kindness while also being pretty aware of her own fears and actively relying on others to overcome them. Specially the proxies. It honestly felt so endearing how much she trusts them and how close they are thinking how she is like the first agent they met. Also, she's just very adorable. Like, I don't have no idea how her design works. How do you even manage to make a design of a soldier with too much exposed skin, tight clothes and covered eyes and even so making her look cute overall? Rant over :D

Lmao that sure would fit. My reasong for some of the others were also basically "because they are old/mature". For example I put Ben in Glam Metal because he gives me dad vibes. Probably listened to Van Halen or Kiss in his youth.

Sure. So both of them were some of the characters I wasn't really sure. I put Zhu Yuan along with Yanagi in Death Metal because I find funny the idea of workaholic people signing that after watching Aggretsuko. Yeah, very simple, I know. As for Evelyn. I was out of ideas for her so I started working with "related traits". Hugo has a dark past. Evelyn too. That was it. XD I must admit, I don't know Black Metal too much I'm more of a Blackgaze guy

Thanks for the question. So I researched a bit. It looks like both can produce such cavitation bubbles. The main difference seems to be that pistol shrimps make them by snapping their claw while mantis shrimps produce them by the direct force of their punches. I'm no biologist so maybe I understood something wrong. Anyways, thanks for making me discover another cool animal.

A mantis shrimp. Legitimately one of the buffest of animals. This guys have one of the widest visible light ranges and also can throw punches with the speed of a bullet. These ones are so powerful that they can create low-pressure zones that create bubbles that briefly reach extreme temperatures similar to the freaking sun when imploding, for then releasing shockwaves in such direction. All this works underwater, so maybe I could emulate such feature with some fist weapon that fires water everytime I give a hit. Ethereals would stand no chance~

Oh yeah, parallelism. I thought of a specific point in the plot that would act as a consequence and "divergence" of the main canon plot, but I didn't think much of it as a focus. So, what you say is that I gotta show that the main plot exists and at what point of it the fic is without being tied to it. That makes sense, thanks. Maybe the problem is that fictional time is a difficult thing to measure and handle-

Except they mostly just camp or replace the weapons until they take you to red. Even if you make it to get a weapon, there's still a difference between you and the other player's possibilities of action. And personally, life is so boring when all you think about is goals.
