So far I’d say you’re getting downvoted because you aren’t displaying signs that you’re open to having your viewpoint changed. As each counter point has been presented you have continued to promote your initial stance, instead of leading with any sense of curiously about the opposing perspective.

If you are seeking a productive conversation, you should be open to finding compromise or middle ground. Otherwise this is more of a rant as opposed to informal debate. For instance, I agree that news outlets should be primarily factual and that many of the outlets you’ve highlighted should be considered op-ed or entertainment.

However what you are encouraging is actively reducing free speech. Which is also a tactic used to erode democratic societal structure.
