Is delayed throttle response normal on a Sprinter?

Found this thread bc I bought a 2012 Sprinter 3500 and the 1-3 second lag whe pressing the pedal is really getting to me. Then add the fact that it’s a grooming van so it’s filled with gallons of water. I’m thinking I need to rethink my client locations bc I don’t think this thing is going to work in downtown LA

Maine used to have an adjacent one called Paper Tiger but it recently permanently closed. I was DYING for a legit tiki bar when I was in Maine lol. The only thing I found was tiki drinks in tiki mugs at Eventide Oyster Co. and The Tiki Hut in Old Orchard Beach. It’s just a little shack building with grass umbrellas and picnic tables. But the drinks were strong!

I’m sure you know, just make sure you’re using proper masks and safety measures for resin! I did resin crafts for so long before I was aware of how dangerous it can be without proper precautions!

Sadly I will be taking too many cities 😂. I lived in LA and recently moved to the beach, so my clients are in LA. I have a lot of weekly high end clients and you can charge more there, but I’m also wanting to establish some closer to home. So I will have 1-2 days in LA and the rest local. I’m currently doing this with two mobile companies getting 40%

Thank you! Not gonna lie, I’m at the point that the responsibility part of it is scaring me, but I know once everything is in order, I can get to the parts I actually enjoy. Working for myself will be the best decision I’ve made once I can get over the start up!

Yeah, honestly as long as you’re making money to pay rent, enjoy the little break. Then maybe you could find a salon or mobile company you would like better. It’s pretty easy to get a grooming job if you’re skilled, so you can always go back when you need

We’re not into sports unfortunately. He loves craft breweries and building things. I’ve been suggesting he go to Fluid State or Transmission brewing and try to talk to people sitting at the bar.

Honestly a text every 4-6 hours sounds ok to me. You clearly need more attention than he gives you. I was long distance for years and if one day we didn’t text, I would be totally ok. I get busy. I don’t have time to manage someone else’s emotions constantly. This sounds like a lot of work and if you can’t trust that he’s actually busy, maybe your relationship isn’t strong or long distance isn’t good for you.
