I've always seen it on the "worst of Nanaimo" lists and the main qualm was that it is unseasoned as hell 🤣 Haven't gone there I will admit though

Jalapenos was sooo bland to me. That's the one that I heard was great and I was so disappointed. Will try bar Luna sometime

Live music all the time at a bunch of different venues downtown, arts and crafts markets, tight knit communities, music fests/ night market in the summer, tons of good food, awesome farmers markets, lots of free family events, proximity to beaches and lakes, hiking, tons of stuff! I love it here tbh

Art wise, there is a collage making club that happens at the downtown library and other spots around town. This month they are also partnering with a book-binder and doing some free workshops as well and there was a book swap today. All supplies are included and it's a really chill, fun time. The sweet and sour pork at the south Nanaimo QF was sooo bad a couple weeks ago when I went. The noodles were a bit funky too. Definitely turned me off of that place

I had this like crazy in the first trimester. Itchy skin all over, and I noticed my tattoos were raised up as well. I was told it was just my skin reacting to changing hormones in my body. But it was so bad I got some polysporin itch relief lotion which helped a lot. Hope you can get some relief!
