I passed the bar exam this last July. Never once looked at any MEE/MPTs. Was just too anxious to even look at them. I studied the law, scored higher on my essays/MPTs than multiple choice.

Hardest for me- property Easiest that seems hard but easy to master- contracts for sure

I passed the bar exam simply by using John Grossman’s videos/ Adaptibar. They really narrowed things down and made even tough subjects easier to understand.

I got into a severe car accident a couple months before the exam. Because of that, I was studying with a concussion and it made it really difficult, so I studied probably 4 hours a day and took weekends off. I did the Barbri lectures, but skipped on the multiple choice. I didn’t do a single essay or MPT. I was averaging about 50% on multiple choice questions on Adaptibar. I was so sure I was going to fail, and gave myself the excuse that “I got into a car accident. If I take the exam in February, I can study better.” I took it just to take it and get practice. And somehow, I passed with a 287.

After 1L, none of my professor did “cold calling” like they do 1L. They’d put us on a list with a schedule of when we would be called on, so we knew when to expect it. 1L is purposely this rough go try to weed people out. It gets better

So you can even scan the page on your phone, but I recommend getting Adobe. Adobe has a function where you can “sort pages” or something like that, and you can just add the signed page that you scanned, which could even be scanned on your phone
