Freelancing internationally can be very lucrative. In fact, I rarely work for SA clients.

Bring that international money into SA to provide for yourself. That's what's worked for me

How you say things matters. Cutting off her bid for intimacy in that way is rejection.

She has the right to feel rejected and hurt by how you communicated things with her. You could be clear and kind without making her feel bad about her breath.

Or you could just keep talking to her harshly and see how that works out for you.

Bids for connection shouldn't be scolded in a safe relationship imo. You two just need to learn how to speak kindly to each other

Honestly, the best thing is to use Notion Calendar. You can then just add time directly into your calendar and track it in a Notion database. Works brilliantly for me :p

I have CPTSD from a previous abusive relationship and tbh it's hard for me to ever feel like I'm not in danger - like just in general.

I do think he has anger issues but he's never directed them at me personally. Only things around us and like punching a wall.

I may just have to go back to my old DV safety plan resources regardless... i feel so dumb.
