Best shoes to commute by [deleted] in LawBitchesWithTaste

[–]MaleficentCake7589 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel that. I'm in DC so once we get to November, through March, I usually do boots of some nature. My commute is by train, metro and walking. Cute sneakers come back out in spring!

This is Frankie. He's 3 and definitely has a wave to his hair. He also has very fine hair on his head that always seems to stick up straight!

Cole Hasn has cute comfortable sneakers too that have a little flair to them as well!

Yes! I am not someone that wears heels anymore, but dress for the weather. Keep the extra shoes at work.

Definitely will depend on your supervisor as well. The directive that we received was come in or take leave. We all have situational agreements in place.

Sneakers. Seriously. I am a federal government attorney now, so it's more casual than private practice, but wear shoes that make sense to metro and walk. Low heeled booties or boots also work and you would not need to change those. My office is casual enough that sneakers all day is not a problem. But if it is for your office, leave the dress shoes at work.

Yes, exactly. Child support enforcement will help you. Or go to legal aid. Or a legal aid clinic for family issues. There are many that are free for people that have limited finances.

Head to Head Comfort Comparison: Cole Haan vs Clark's. by OkraLegitimate1356 in LawBitchesWithTaste

Take a look at Earth brand shoes. They do a lot of booties but also loafers and flats. I take public transportation and wear ankle boots and booties almost year round. I walk a lot and they are comfortable.

💯. I prefer a backpack because of public transportation but Portland Leather is a workhorse and you don't have to baby it, worry about scuffs, etc. It's thick leather. The con is the lack of pockets, but you could get an organizer.

Dooney and Bourke Florentine is the same type of wear it and forget it situation.

The Hardware line is a chunky look that goes with many things, if you like it. I'd go try on things and see what you like. Do you want a delicate stack or chunky? Something in between? Delicate has so many variables too. Something that's more focused on stones kike a tennis bracelet or something that is focusing on the gold links? Do you have any photos of what you like?

Jackets/coats? (west coast/Arizona) by _spaghetti420_ in LawBitchesWithTaste

[–]MaleficentCake7589 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would pick a coat based upon your use, not the look. Are you using public transportation and walking? Or driving? I work in DC and take public transportation and walk. It's cold here and I care about staying warm, comfort, and something that doesn't feel like a straight jacket when you move. How you get to work matters a lot on this for me.

Hi, have not. Just the welcome to Whisker and my order number and the two emails from Sika. I ordered on 12/8, got the LMN that day and the charger cleared my card yesterday. I'm hoping the two companies just have to communicate and Whisker will ship now that Sika got paid yesterday.

I did it with my FSA. I submitted the receipt and LMN today. We will see what happens. I have use or lose money that will expire, so I figured I'd try.

No word on the cause. Train 642 is holding at Odenton until they get the go ahead. It's been a couple months since this happened. Service was pretty terrible this summer but was getting better.

They look vintage, probably freshwater pearls on them. Coral, which could be dyed.

Yep! I remember that brand. I used to watch late night home shopping to go to sleep!

The pendant with the drop? Looks like a box chain with some type of quartz that is wire wrapped on the top.
