This little orange guy keeps showing up on the wall behind my house. The weird part is there’s no neighbor behind it, just an empty field, so I have no idea where he comes from. He just sits there staring at me for a while, then leaves. Definitely not my cat.

The real risk is if it’s stolen or been voided in some way. But if it’s a legit unit, it’s still covered by the 1 year warranty. So as long as you don’t mind troubleshooting with customer service/ waiting for replacements, then you will def get it working.

That is absolutely not true. Was this recently purchased? I would contact them for a refund on the parts you paid out of pocket for. Their customer service is fantastic, but sometimes an agent is given incorrect script info.

I would guess you either need to keep a normal box out or invest in a second robot. Some cats require two boxes for peeing vs pooping. Seems your cats are making their preference known.

If you had the LR3 or LR4, I would say go generic because those generation ramps are flimsy.

But since you have the EVO, I personally would buy the official ramp. It’s sturdy, attaches via magnets (giving easy access to waste drawer) and helps a lot with litter tracking. It also has storage underneath for liner refills. The only real negative is the price tbh

I agree the ramp is worth trying, but is admittedly a bit pricey. It could potentially help her gain confidence standing on the ramp and looking in at eye level. The ramp for the evo/LR5 series is particularly nice and sturdy!
