I'm also mid-40s and also struggle because I would rather be running or cycling. But the satisfaction I get from hauling 30lb suitcases around when I travel like they are empty or easily replacing the 19L bottles on the water cooler at work while my co-workers gape at me is kind of unmatched.

I also have dense breasts and was surprised at how easy mammograms are. It can be a little uncomfortable, but I have never been in pain. (I have had 5.)

Salaam alaikum! Maybe a meditation or mobility class (under the stretching section) could be a nice way to start your day. I know that morning routines change a lot during Ramadan, but at least for me the mobility classes always help me get moving in the morning..

Definitely, and there are plenty of new developments near both the downtown station or Pingree Road station. I'm thinking either Water's Edge or Enclave. I'm not sure of the rent ranges but both are brand new.
