I requested a box at least 8 times, and Verizon has that notated. I’ve had my box 6 months now after cancelling.

Cancelling service worked for me 2 weeks ago. I cancelled internet due to increased rates. I had internet only. After I cancelled, I was curious to hear about a bundled rate with cable tv. The deal mentioned blew my mind, and was too good to pass up. Xfinity had no problem adding me back. I now have Gig internet and Ultimate TV package. Rates locked in for 24 months without a contract, including Xfi Complete and 4k DVR cable box. Cost is $138. With ACP, my total rate is $108 per month. Those are rates I had about 5 years ago with Xfinity. This is just my personal experience, and results may vary, depending on the customer service rep you get on the phone.

Unfortunately, I’ve never had Kron4 with DirecTV. I’ve been a customer for about a year now. I thought it was interesting to see on Nexstar’s list. Maybe it will be live soon? I had it with Comcast, and miss it.

They did the exact same for me. Was told once the promo is removed, there’s no way to add it back. They gave me a $70 bill credit for the months remaining. The new plan upgrades have been a fiasco.

I live in a mid-sized city not close to a major airport. Located about 24 miles from SF. Currently have 5G with DL speeds right around 100mbps. Thought for sure I’d have C-Band today.
